Refunds and Download Support

Digital guides purchased directly through InKidney are nonrefundable, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law. These are digital resources, so there is no physical item to return.

Please review the product description and price before purchasing. Paid guides are optional; our free patient tools do not require a purchase.

Missing or faulty downloads

If your download is missing, its link does not work, or the file will not open, email info@inkidney.com for help accessing your purchase. Include the product name, order number if available, purchase email address, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or medical records.

This support process does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Purchases from external merchants

Some Shop products link to another merchant’s website. If you buy there, that merchant handles your order, delivery, returns, and refunds under its own policies and applicable law. Contact the merchant on your receipt for help. These purchases are not covered by InKidney’s digital-guide refund policy.
