Dr. Isreb is a compassionate kidney doctor with a passion for unraveling the underlying cause of chronic disease in his patients. He is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He completed his first residency in internal medicine at Northwestern then went on to complete his nephrology fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Isreb is the medical director of Integrative Kidney Solutions, LLC and has a his deep commitment to combat the epidemic of kidney disease.
